ADJUSTMENT OF GAS

CLEARANCE

The throttle control cable should always

have a 3-5 mm play. In addition, the idle

speed should not change when the han-

dlebars are fully rotated to the left or right.

To adjust the clearance proceed as follows:

- Loosen ring 1.

- Rotate register 2 with respect to sheath 3.

- Tighten ring 1.

CLUTCH

The position of the lever is controlled

through the use of register 1.

Once the position of the lever has been

changed, register 2 must be changed to

restore the initial correct clearance.

The idle stroke of push rod must not be less

than 0.9 mm

ATTENTION: reduced clearance leads to

premature wear of the discs and overheat-

ing of the entire clutch group.
